Shipping policy

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.

I take great care in carefully packaging each painting and item to ensure they stay safe during shipping. Unfortunately, when your package is in the hands of a third-party shipping provider such as USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex, I simply cannot guarantee damage will not take place. 

If, however, an item arrives damaged, please email me immediately at sarahgohmanart@gmail.com and attach photos of the damage. Whether a non-custom item is refunded or exchange will then be determined.
